So, It Kinda Lent Itself to a Theme...
This Bootleg Was Originally Called Windout Hootenanny and I Searched For Artwork But Couldn't Find Any & It was a Vinyl Bootleg Which I Researched at The Complete Internet R.E.M. Underground List Website:

Notes: Apparently the guy who put out 20th Century Boys on CD was originally planning to put out the 9.30.83 Stitchcraft, Athens show on LP. For whatever reason, he dropped that plan (after pressing I don't know how many copies), and decided to release the 2 "20th Century Boys" CDs...the vinyl never got a jacket.
